March Outing – Stony Creek N.R.

22 March @ 8:30 am - 11:30 am

There is a really nice patch of woodland near Canberra, where Wedge-tailed Eagles and Gang-gang Cockatoos nest.

You are welcome to join John Brickhill and Isobel Crawford, along with John and Janet Stein, to discover and explore this important nature reserve.

Come along and see how recent rainfall has rejuvenated the bush.

Stony Creek Nature Reserve is located west of Queanbeyan, on the Captains Flat Road, about 5 km after the turnoff from the Kings Highway.

Time and date: 8:30 am, Sunday 22 March

Meeting place: the Spotlight car park, Queanbeyan.

Registration: to John, using the RSVP form on the right

Insurance: FNAC does not provide Personal Accident Insurance. It is recommended that all participants on FNAC outings have Ambulance Cover in case of accident or sudden serious illness requiring urgent evacuation. Ambulance cover is often included with Private Health Insurance plans or it can be purchased separately.
