July Outing – Wetlands of North Canberra

Come along to compare 4 different wetlands in the Sullivan’s Creek catchment on a joint NPAACT/Field Naturalists outing with Isobel, followed by lunch (optional).
Meeting Place: Dickson Wetland at the Hawdon Street Carpark. See Google Maps below.
Description: From the Dickson Pond we shall walk west to the Lyneham Wetland and continue to Bankisa St and return via the O’Connor Pond. Lunch at Stepping Stone cafe.
Walk Distance and Rating: 8km return (approx), flat gradient (Grade 1A).
